Enrollment
Agreement/Registration Applications
Registration
Application is used for a Certificate Course (one to three
courses). When signed by the school, this form becomes the
basis of your student information, such as transcripts,
certificates, and other materials. (back

Enrollment
Agreements are used for Diploma Programs only. The
enrollment agreement allows students to decide various options
such as buying their own books at a substantial savings,
financing, and other terms of enrollment.

Refund
Policies

Private Licensed Schools, ECTS freely publishes our refund

Course
Evaluation Report
At the completion
of each course, students are asked to send in a course
evaluation report on the overall performance of the ECTS.
ECTS uses the information to improve the quality of the material
and overall operations by using the results of these evaluation
reports.

Instructional
support from the course instructor
Each course has
an assigned instructor who may be contacted in the event you are
experiencing any problems during your studies. How to
contact your instructor is located in both the General Study
Guide and the Course Study Guide. It is important to
remember that you are never alone during your studies, and our
staff is available to help you when the need arises.

Supplementary
materials you may need
Occasionally,
students may need some additional information to help them
better understand the subject material. In these cases,
the instructor will contact the student with supplementary
materials to help clarify or answer any questions you may have.

Administrative
Support
ECTS staff are
available Monday through Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. EST to
assist you. After hours, students may leave a message and we
will return their calls within a few hours.
Instructors can be contacted daily by using the emails provided
in the study guides.
